Ht. 5'8", Start: 235 lb, Today: 240 lb, Goal: 180 lb - I had a really good day today-ate well, worked out hard and just feel pretty optimistic about losing weight. Breakfast-scrambled egg whites, fat free bacon, 1 slice plain weight watchers toast Snack-protein drink Lunch-2 slices weight watchers bread, lettuce, turkey breast and mustard, activia yourt Snack-10 baby carrot sticks, fat free dip, extra lean ham Dinner-baked salmon, brocolli Dessert-sugar free jello. 1338 calories, 145 grams of protein, 37 grams of fat and 102 carbs. So obviously i am working hard to eat a ton of protein and hoenstly just in the past few days i have been doing so, i feel great-so much more energy!
