Ht. 5'0", Start: 127 lb, Today: 129 lb, Goal: 115 lb - grrr! softball practice started on monday, and on fridays we do extra b/c we don't have practice on the weekends. It may not sound like a lot, but it was. we did a 400, then stretchs, then we do these running exercises. it's about 25 feet apart, and we jog 2x, butt-kicks 2x, high knees 2x, kareoke 2x, 75% sprint 2x, and full - out sprint. then we did a bunch of 25 meter sprints, then 50 meter sprints, then we walked a 400, then we ran up and down the stadium steps, then did another 400, then we started practice. I'm always the last one during anything related to running. any ideas on how to gain speed?
