Ht. 5'8", Start: 235 lb, Today: 240 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Ok, so today was a good day, didn't get to workout but maybe i will do something aerobic later. Calories-1185 (a little lower than i wanted, but i guess its better to be under than over), fat 32grams, carbs 87 grams (i was pretty low on that i hope thats ok), protein 129 grams and i drank tons tons tons of water today. K so my goal of 180 was for August 15 but obviously thats unrealistic, i am actually more concerened about sizes. If i am a 16 now what do you think is realistic in about 3 months?
