Message Replying To From Anna, Age 14 Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I'm down to 180. That's my third goal that's 23 pounds. Gone. This is what I had today. Breakfast dry cereal, water. For lunch ham sandwhich no maynossee, 100 cal pak and fig newtons, water. For supper 5 small pieces of Monical's pizza which are small like maybe 5in long, 2 small pepsi's it was a Quiz Bowl party. For exercse 16 min treadmill,4 min running on treadmill, 5 min other exercse, 20 min soccer, 5 min basketball. How did I do PLease reply |
