Ht. 5'8", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Ok yesterday i had 1320 calories i played baketball for 20 minutes and played softball for 30 minutes and do any of you know any exercixes i can do to burn calories without standing up i pulled a muscle yesterday in my leg and it hurts just to have it on the ground please reply?!
