~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 285 lb, Today: 271 lb, Goal: 160 lb - I need sum advice. Its hard for me to eat healthy things becuz my parents wont buy healthy foods. So I just stick to eatin the right amount of calories but the food isnt always a healthy choice. I'm losing weight but I probably could be losing more with better choices. Also I was buyin my own food but I stop workin to go to school. So the switch from eating right back to bad choices feels like a set back. Should I keep dwelling on this problem or should I just keep exercising and eatin the right amount of calories????
