Ht. 5'8", Start: 240 lb, Today: 232 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Err so my last 3 days have been "cheat" days i suppose and i have probably gained a pound or two. But i guess the one good side is maybe healthy eating will suprise my metabolism after the 3 days of crappy eating and make me lose a lot of water weight again...even though its not fat its still nice to see the numbers go down. Today has started off good though - breakfast-3oz fat free ham, 0.5 oz cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup of egg white substitute in an omlet and a glass of crystal light...probably like 250-300 calories in all and i am stuffed!
