Message Replying To From Anna, Age 14 Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I need to lose 2 pounds next week this my exercse i do kicking around the soccer ball, 20 min treadmill, 10 min of pilates, and 30 min of taebo if feel like it. I can't lose anymore weight i think im gonna clean my room for an hour and then do treamill for 30 min and do 10 min's of pilates. Do you think I can lose 2 pounds by doing this |
