Ht. 5'7", Start: 375 lb, Today: 355 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys. Here is how my day went. 8am: cheerios cereal bar on my way to school. 3pm: subway roasted chicken sub. For dinner I had a mcdonalds grilled chicken salad with low fat italian dressing. Its hard for me to not eat fast food on saturdays because its all my family has time for but it sure is better than my usual bigmac. I'm on my way home to ride the exercise bike :]. How did you guys do?
