Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 165 lb - So I have this tendency to eat not so great on the weekends which is a problem many face. I'm usually pretty good but sometimes its harder to diet during times when you're out with friends. Yesterday I went to the beach & got a grande soy caramel macciato from starbucks. but that was my treat for the week, so I'm trying not to eat anything else sweet for a while. & I dont feel too bad because when made with soy it has like half the fat & calories then a regular. Today we went to the movies & I had a little bit of popcorn. But the key is portion sizes, & I knew when enough was enough. Tomorrow I get right back on track. I FINALLY am starting to see results! REAL results! I'm so excited & motivated now! I think the scale is crap. I heard on Oprah you shouldnt weigh yourself for the first 3 months due to water weight & muscle gain, it'll make you think you're not losing or that you're gaining but you're really not. So stay away for a while! Good luck to you all & keep it up! :)
