Ht. 5'8", Start: 240 lb, Today: 232 lb, Goal: 180 lb - K so i have stopped counting calries/fat/carbs/protein...it seems thats all i worry about all day. Breakfast-1/2 cup egg whites, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 4 oz fat free ham Snack-skim milk, sugar free hazulnut latte (mmm!) Lunch-2 slices low fat bread 4 lsices turkey bacon, tomatoes and lettuce Snack-1 oz feta cheese Dinner-grilled chicken breast annd steamed brocolli. So i am pretty happy with how I did, lots of protein probably like 1100 cal which isnt really enough, but id rather leave it at that than east this late.
