Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I feel so bad today. I just ended a 3 day long binge. It was the worst binge that I have ever had. I ate everything in site. It started Friday. I weighed in on Friday at 175 pounds (good). Then my binge started. On Saturday morning I weighed in at 180, then on Sunday morning I weighed in at 175. This morning, I weighed in at 181. I'm hoping some of it is water retention, but I know some of it isn't. I want nothing more than to wake up tomorrow at 175 again. I made a big mistake, and I will never let myself get that out of hand again. I feel like crap. I want to cry. I hate weekends. I always eat so much. I am counting my calories strictly this weekend, and for the rest of this week. I need to get back on track. I just wish I could go back in time, and change the binge a little. Wish me luck guys. I start week 3 of running this weekend! That means walk 2, run 3 for 30 minutes! : )
