Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 125 lb - what are some foods i can sneak into school w/me i want to have food every 3 hours (small food of course) i'll have breakfast at 6:30 then some sort of snack at 9:30( i have gym then and can just sneak it i just dont know what though) and 12:30 is lunch, by 3:30 ill be home and done w/ homework and 6:30 is dinner sound good? ideas for snacks?
