Ht. 5'8", Start: 235 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Hey everyone:) Could you tell me if i did okay today?? Breakfast : 2 pieces of wheat toast w/ a lil peanut butter & water. Lunch - pb and j sandwich on wheat bread, lil applesauce and a water. Dinner - Corn, small plain baked potato, a very small piece of steak about (2x2) and a bottled water. I worked out on the treadmill walked 2.6 miles and was on there for 40 min. So how did I do?
