Ht. 5'2", Start: 185 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 134 lb - I've been overweight all my life. It has been really hard to go on this diet, and no one has forced me to, but now I just think of all the wonderful things that I will be able to do when I have lost all that weight. I started out at 185 pounds. It will all be worth it, and over the last 3 months I have lost 15 pounds. I have lost it healthily, so i havent gained any of it back at all yet when occasionally I have indulged. But now, I am having trouble resisting temtations to junk food, etc. Anyone have any drastically good tips to help me? I've started with this diet and I don't want to quit. Someone help me please?
