If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Sage, Age 15 Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Breakfast- soy yogurt with 1/2c kashi honey almond flax cereal, & 1/2 banana & strawberries. Snack- kashi honey almond flax bar. Lunch- 1/2 peanut butter sandwich with 1/2 banana & apple. Dinner- I'm not sure yet, but i'll include a side salad with it, or a salad as the main course. Yesterday I had my fav, mint chocolate chip ice cream :) its half the fat & 1/3 fewer calories from dreyers. It was bad because today I'm paying for the dairy aspect of it...I'm lactose intolerant :/ tell me how I did :) ps how are all your guys weight loss going for all of those that had a goal to lose a certain amount of weight before summer? |
