Ht. 5'8", Start: 168 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 140 lb - hey i'm soo glad its summer and my goal is to lose 20 pounds by august 20(start of school again). i have been trying to lose weight foreverrr but have never been able to lose more like a couple of pounds. last winter i gained a lot of weight :( (about 10 pounds) and i have managed to keep my weight stable but no matter what i do it wont go down. i know HOW to lose weight- eat healthy and excercise. but i eat really healthy and excercise about an hour 5-7 days a week. i also go to the gym 3-4 days a week. i am determined to reach my goal by the end of the summer! does anyone have any tips on how to boost metabolism( i think that may be part of my problem), lose weight, and toning excercises?? thanks guys and good luck to everyone!
