Message Replying To From Anna, Age 14 Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 177 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I have gained one pound back from last night because I ate a sandwhich, 100 cal pak and 90 cal bar. Then I worked out for like 5 min. I had worked out like an hour before. Which should of helped now I gained one pound. So mad so mad. So far today I have only had over 700 calories. So for supper I hope to have only about 300 calories. For my workout this what i did. 55 min walking, 10 min pilates plus i might do some taebo or treadmill. So do you think I should workout more or what please help |
