Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 180 lb - What are some good things to eat? I'm starting my new life this Monday. I plan on having fruit for breakfast. What are some good ones with few calories? Lunch and dinner is where I don't know what to eat. Any opinions are welcome. I'm trying to not eat carbs. I know that sounds fad-ish, but I heard it works and isn't too bad on your body. I plan on eating 1200-1500 cals a day. Anywhere between there is my goal. Please reply and thanks in advanced.
