Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - So today I feel like posting what I ate and stuff. Breakfast: nutri-grain waffle w/peanut butter & a banana; Lunch: chicken salad w/fat-free dressing & a chewy bar; Snack: dried fruit pack; Dinner: Lean Cuisine- margherita pizza & mandarin oranges & 1% milk; Dessert: fat-free strawberry yoghurt; Excercise: 40 minutes TaeBo, 10 minutes Ab workout, some arm excercises w/ 5 lb. weights & squats & lunges & calf lifts & a 10 minute walk. Well...how'd I do? |
