Message Replying To From Sage, Age 15 Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Breakfast- kashi honey almond flax cereal with soy milk, & a banana with strawberries. Snack- carrots & cucumber with hummus. Lunch- peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread with an apple. Dinner- side salad with some kind of meat. |
