Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 185 lb - I have a few questions about exercising. First, do you get different results from situps and crunches? I plan on starting tomorrow to do 100 of each, but if there's not a difference then I won't do both. Like what muscles they work, etc. Also, when on a treadmill. Does it matter if you hold onto the rail things? Thanks in advance.
