Ht. 5'2", Start: 158 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 130 lb - so i was just wondering if what i ate today sounds good to yall. cereal with skim milk, 80 cal yogurt, grapes, a slice of turkey, then i just had dinner...little bit of roast beef, carrots, salad, a few chunks of potatoes-in a crock pot, no butter or anything like that, and a slice of bread w/ a little low fat butter or it coulda been margarine and i drank water throughout the day. o and i ate a small brownie which i know wasnt good...and i had a little reduced fat pb... i didnt really have any real lunch but thats only b/c i woke up late so my breakfast was more lunch time but u think i did ok?
