Ht. 5'2", Start: 158 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey so a lot of my weight is well like a kangaroo pouch lol...its in my lower abs under my belly button. and somewhat arond my hips. does any know of any good exercises to help me lose more weight in that area?? any advice would be great! its one of those things im most self-concious about
