If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Sage, Age 15 Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 165 lb - How is everyone doing with their goals? I lost another pound or two. Yay!! school gets out in 2.5 days! Now I can really exercise. Today: breakfast- oatmeal with 1/4c kashi cereal & banana & strawberries. Snack- soy yogurt. Lunch: turkey sandwich & apple. Snack- few grapes & handful kashi cereal. Dinner- salad :) |
