Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - ok... heres what im going 2 do... in korea they are very skinny( we had korean foreighn excahnge student) and they eat a LOT of rice, so i am goign 2 try this... ( something like this) breakfast- cereal lunch- 1/2 preoared rice with 1/4 tuna( or like caned chicken or soem other protein) apple and skim milk. super- same thing different vegetables though. drink like 6-8 bo-ttles of water, rin 1 mile ( or 30 mins. johgging in place) in morning. walk 3 miles @ nite, crunches, and streatching. how much could i lose is 1 week? would this work? idk how much i weigh rite now, but how much could i lose by july 11th? please PLease PLEASE reply!!
