Message Replying To From Blair, Age 14 Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hi I'm new here. Well anways i'm glad i came across this sight. You see i'venever really been super overweight but i've always had extra weight i really do not like. So i am hoping with everyones motivation and help I can lose around 20 pounds. Anyways I guess everyday I will post my foods for the day, and excercize. And each week I will weigh myself in to see If i have lost anyweight. So please could you guys help me out by saying what you think about my food and excercize choices. So today i like woke up at 12 so no breakfast. For lunch i had a lean cuisine- chicken and pasta with a banana and 2 cups of water, for a snack i had 1 brownie and like 10 jolly ranchers = [, and for dinner i had another lean cuisine- some chicken and beans and vege type with 1 cup of cherries and 1 glass of milk and 1 glass of water. MY excercize for the day was about 15 minutes on the trampoline,1 mile walk, and 1 hour of tumbling tonight. Please reply to me, thanks everyone! |
