Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 130 lb - well i started walking every morning with my sis but now she's telling she has to wake up at 5 in the morning to start working out. Well I can't wake up that early b/c i get massive headaches when i wake up too early. Well now I can't exercise with her b/c of that and I don't know how to exercise by myself b/c I quit easily and don't get motivated. So what do you think I should do?? Should I go with her at 5a.m.,go by myself later, or just work out at night only??
