Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Ok. So far today, I have had 1 cup of that Bunches of Oats cereal for breakfast and then for lunch I had macaroni and cheese (not alot) w/ corn and lima beans and a cup of water. I don't know what I am going to have later but please tell me how I did. Good luck to you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
