Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - Breakfast: french toast w/ sugar-free jam & powdered sugar, 1/2 an orange & a plum; Lunch: cherries & reese's 100-cal pack; Dinner: Taco Time Lite meal- chicken taco w/ guacamole & salsa & chicken bean chili & diet coke; Exercise: 40 minute walk....I might have ice cream later or something IDK yet but how'd I do? |
