Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 125 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I am not horribly overweight. I need to be comfortable with myself, I want to. So from this point, right here, right now..I will stop doing what I have been doing and reach towards my goal. I binge every few days and then feel discusting afterwards. My goal is to break that. I an ungrounded next week so I can go to the gym! Then it will be easy to lose weight. I want to get to 117 before school starts in September...do you guys think I can do it? I weigh 125 right now. I need motivation tips please! Sometimes I just feel so unmotivated and eat whatever the hell I want and don't give a care.
