Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok so :) Since summer started I gained a couple pounds with all my snacking, and once I realized I was going up, I got freaked out and decided to start eating healthy right away. I started yesterday, and I've been doing really good. I'm gunna go to Curves three times a week with my mom, I'm taking up yoga, and keeping active this summer. Im focusing on eating fat free stuff and salads and fruits and veggies. I'm keeping a food journal and trying to count my calories XD You guys think if I keep this up I'll be able to loose 20 pounds or so by the end of summer? Hope you guys are staying strong.
