Message Replying To From Nikki, Age 15 Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Todays eating didntgo that great what do you think? breakfast- banana,slice of brown bread, small glass of juice lunch- small bunch of grapes, some cherry tomatoes, slice of brown bread,satsuma, cheese and onion potato layer and some veg snack-87 calories of low fat crisps dinner- small portion of brown rice, mince beef and a 265 calorie ice cream(omg!). I would guess that at over 1500 calories which is definitely not what i wanted i was going for about 1100-1200 but i did go to the gym and burned about 500 calories I think. I followed your advice about the juice fast it wouldnt be worth doing it and gaining it all back again. xx |
