If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - Breakfast: 2 special k waffles w/ reduced fat peanut butter & sugar-free jam & a banana; Lunch: Fat-free strawberry yoghurt w/ dried fruit & granola & a graham cracker; Snack: Plum; Dinner: 6-inch Subway turkey sub on wheat bread (with cheese) & apples & diet coke; Dessert: Lite cherry pie filling; Exercise: 1 hour at gym (cross-trainer & weight-lifting machines), 1 hour walk, and 20 minutes of a kick-boxing dvd. How did I do? I also had some mints today I don't know if they really count though because it says that one mint has 0 calories in it?? I'd like some feedback please! Thank you! =] |
