Message Replying To From Doug, Age 16 Ht. 6'0", Start: 200 lb, Today: 209 lb, Goal: 190 lb - What burns more calories...crunches or sit-ups??? I need something which i can do in my room, which burns the most calories the quickest....but the only things i can think of is crunches or sit-ups...i wouldve tried a jump rope or something but because i live in an apartment i cant be jumping up and down... help would be appreciated.. |
