Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - Breakfast: Pops cereal w/1% milk & grapes; Lunch: salad w/ cheese & honey mustard dressing & some pasta; Snack: 1 reese's cup & a bunch of almond butter & a diet pepsi; Dinner: 1 piece of french toast w/ almond butter & sugar-free jam & asian salad & 1% milk; Dessert: strawberry popsicle bar; Exercise: 40 minute cardio dvd & 10 minute abs dvd...& about a 15 minute walk. What do you think? How did I do? |
