Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey again guys. I've been doing good and keeping a food journal and staying active, although not as much as I should be. :\ But I have a predicament...I'm going to Warped in Ventura tomorrow, and there will be lots of unhealthy foods, and because I'm going literally all day, I can only eat from fast food places and from whatever they're selling at Warped, which I'm sure is all pretty unhealthy stuff. What do you guys suggest I do? And also is it ok to have a hot dog on the 4th of July for dinner? You know if I eat healthy the rest of the day? I'm just really not sure what I should eat as far as snacking goes...I'm afraid that as soon as I start eating some junk food, I'll gain all my weight back, or I'll go crazy x.x Well I hope you guys are staying strong and doing good and having fun!
