Message Replying To From Alexandra, Age 14 Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Okay so I know I should feel good about today and really how I have been doing the past 2 weeks, but I feel guilty.I checked my food journal and I did ok too! If I do a lot of exercise one day and a good amount the next day, but not as much as the day before, I feel horrible. Plz help! Also tel me how I am doing today? Breakfast-low sugar maple and brown sugar oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup 1% milk= 170 cal. Lunch-1/2 low-carb wheat tortilla w/ less than 1/4 cup of mozzerella cheese and tuna, 6 triscut crackers=250 cal. Snacks-1 apple, 1 granola bar, 1/2 can of coke zero=210. Exercise- 30 min. of exercise bike, 40 min. walk around the block, hilly, 100 sit-ups. I am plannning on having something w/ egg whites for dinner. How did I do today? |
