If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I'm going to like post this stuff every day and see how ya'll think I did. Breakfast: cookie crisp cereal w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: Garden Burger pattie w/ ketchup & mustard & a salad w/ lettuce, tomato, parmesean cheese, & wonton strips; Snack: plum; Dinner: Smart Choice tv dinner- chicken in peanut sauce w/ noodles & veggies & a cup of 1% milk; Dessert: chocolate vitamin muffin; Exercise: 20 minute bike ride & 10 minute walk...I know the exercise isn't great but I'm sore and wanted to take it easier today....I'd love some feedback!! Thanks guys!! |
