Ht. 5'3", Start: 14 st 8, Today: 14 st 8, Goal: 10 st 0 - My holiday is in 50 days, honestly, how much weight could i possibly loose by then if i really stick to it and try hard? I do quite alot of walking during the day, and i'm gonna start doing cardio exercise in the mornings and night, and do a workout dvd every other day. Im also going to drink 2 litres of water every day (which i already do) cut down on junk food, and eat more chicken and salad and fruit for snacks. SO HOW MUCH WILL I HONESTLY LOOSE IN 50 DAYS? Any help is appreciated.
