Ht. 5'4", Start: 145 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 120 lb - im starting my summer weight loss plan, but i need tips to help me. All tips are welcome. so this is what i got so far, after i eat i will try to burn of at least 1/2 of whatever i just ate and im going to drink lots of water.
