Message Replying To From Lyndsay, Age 15 Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - ok soo.....Breakfast: 2 crepes w/ peanut butter & an apple; Lunch: greek chicken salad & some salsa; Snack: grapes & frozen vanilla yoghurt; Dinner: small Quizno's sub- turkey on wheat w/ guacamole & cheese & veggies & a diet pepsi; Exercise: 20 minutes cross-trainer, 10 minutes stationary bike, 10 minutes treadmill, 40 minute walk. What do you think? How'd I do? I'd love some feedback! |
