~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 204 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey guys. well ive lost 21lbs total so far since january, but i slacked after a month up until June. In june i was 220lbs, now i am 204lbs, so i guess it took me about a month and a half to lose 16lbs, but thats without exercise and barely eating because of stress. i know that going from 225lbs to 204lbs is a significant difference, but i feel like its not that noticeable. i mean, i look smaller, and i feel smaller but shouldnt i look much smaller after losing about 20 pounds? i remember being 195lbs back in ninth grade (im graduated from highschool now) but i never felt small. i felt huge back then actually, and i felt huge 35 pounds heavier at 225lbs. will i ever feel like i made a difference? help
