Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Ok so today i did 45 min. on the bike, 50 min. pilates video, 40 min. walk around my block, and 1/2 of the exercises in the book "the diet for teens". How did I do if I do that everyday? ok I ate cheerios dry with 1/4 cup of honeynut cluster cereal and a banana for breakfast. A small wheat tortilla w/ 2 slices of turkey and tomatoes, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese for lunch and an apple for a snack. I also had a bite of my sisters top ramen and 2 triscuts but I added them to my calories and I ate about 600 so far today. How is that so far? Also I usually have 1/2-1 can of diet coke plus a day its diet coke w/ minerals and vitamins I know its not really good for you, but I LOVE soda so do you think if i had 1.2 -1 can a day i would gain weight? Let me know! btw I am 124lbs.
