Ht. 5'1", Start: 235 lb, Today: 235 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I'm so mad i thought i had lost 9 pounds but i think the scale was broken because i weighed myself and i'm still 235 i've bine eating what i want just only 3 times a day and as little as possible i also don't eat after 6pm i haven't bine workingout much but i walk once in a while. Can you guys tell me if i'm doing ok because i really don't know if this change will help me also i use to dance for 30 min and then do push ups and lunges and stuff if i do this everyday do you guys think i will sooner or latter lose weight?
