Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ok so far today I have had 1,050 calories. Then I did an hour cleaning and maybe another half hour. Then I'm gonna walk 4 miles and do 30 min toning for teens or just do 10 min depends how I feel. Should just do 4 miles everyday because I do that and I lost about 4 pounds in a week doing that so what should I do PLease reply
