Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Okay so I had cheerios in 1% milk for breakfast, lunch-boca burger no bun, and cottage cheese, dinner-gonna have 3 oz of pot roast, 4 baby potatoes, and honeydew. snacks-1/2 diet coke plus, 1 banana, 1 apple. I am going to do a 40 min. walk around the block, 45 min. on the excercise bike and I did a 30 min. lower body pilates workout and a 30 min. abs pilates video workout. How did I do. And If I do that same exercise everyday, but alternate the pilates videos with a 30 min. hardcore pilates vidoe(kickboxing,ect.) do I need to do anything else. I mean since I am doing cardio, intervals, and strengthening my abs and lower body do I need to do anything else?
