Ht. 5'4", Start: 129 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok so i had an apple and some light lemon yoplait about an hour after i got up then i went on the elipical(dont know how to spell it) for 15 min. then for lunch i had 3/4 cuts Life with 1/2 1% milk then i did another 15 min. then for dinner i will have some of whatever my dad makes then i will work out for another 20-30 min. hows that sound can you tell me what im doing wrong or right?
