Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I'm actually 130 pounds now and all I need is to loose 10 MORE POUNDS!!! 10 more pounds dude. What are some good exercises to work my inner thighs and my love handles...or my lower stomach area? Those are my problem areas. I'm also gunna start yoga soon and I was wondering what parts of the body yoga strengthens? Honestly I really haven't been eating as well as I should be, I've been eating 3 very small meals a day and once school starts it will be easier to get into an eating schedule so until then I'll just keep doing this. I just wanna loose 10 MORE POUNDS! Thanks guys for all your support and good luck to everyone, keep stayin strong!
