Ht. 5'6", Start: 191 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So I me and my lil brother made up this game called rollerbiking. we take a bike tie a piece of string to it and someone pedals and someone is on skates. the person on the bike pulls the rollerblader down my street (we live on a hill) and the skater pulls the biker up the hill. Doing this I have loss 10lbs. Its fun and if you get tired you switch we do it twice a day for like 30 min. if your like me my lil brother is only 94 lbs and he can pull me up the hill. just find a friend bike and rollerblades its fun. and we went to the doctors yesterday and asked him about it during our checkup he says that we found a good way to get active and it could burn almost 800 calories in an hour of doing it. Give it a try.
